Live Painting

Before Your Wedding

If I am available on your wedding day, I will send you an email confirmation
In order to secure your date, a 20% deposit and signed agreement are required
At least two weeks prior to your wedding, we will have a consultation to discuss the design and details of the painting via Zoom

Wedding Day

After Your Wedding

We will have an exclusive photoshoot (maximum 15 minutes) for the reference photo based on the timeline of your wedding. This must be before the reception begins, e.g., just after the first look or right after the ceremony
I will set up before your reception starts and paint throughout the reception
Your painting will be presented to you before I pack up and leave at the end of the night

I will complete touch-ups and finalize your painting in studio. Please expect around 10 weeks for touch-ups.
Final images of the product will be sent via email/Google Drive for approval
Varnish will be applied to protect the painting once the painting is fully dry
Your painting will be shipped, hand delivered, or picked up. The remaining balance is due prior

* Please be aware that I work with acrylics during the wedding and complete the painting with oil paints after the wedding in my studio
* Please note that I specialize in portraits and couple paintings only (no guests or additional people. Pets are accepted).

* Prices are listed in CAD. Tax is included in the price. Shipping (if applicable) is not included.

* Although I am based in Vancouver, BC, I can go to wherever your wedding is (within Canada only)! Travel fees are additional. For more information, please leave me a message in the contact form

Commissions

Would you like a wedding painting but already had your wedding? Did you inquire and I'm already booked for you wedding date? I am always available for wedding painting commissions. Pricing is dependent on size of canvas so please message to inquire.
